Payments

When you purchase a course or subscription, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge the listed amount.

Prices are shown in USD. Taxes, VAT, and similar charges may apply depending on your region. We do not store full payment details on this site; payment processing is handled by third-party providers.

Recurring billing

If a plan renews automatically, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund already paid periods unless required by law or expressly stated in these terms.

Chargebacks & disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support first so we can help resolve it. Initiating a chargeback may result in temporary restriction of access while the dispute is investigated.

Refunds

We aim to be fair and consistent. Refund eligibility depends on timing and course consumption.

Within 7 days of purchase and under 20% course completion, you may request a refund review via [email protected]. Include your purchase email, course name, and reason.

Non-refundable cases

  • Requests made after the stated period (unless local law requires otherwise).
  • Courses completed beyond the threshold stated above.
  • Digital bonuses already delivered where return is impractical.
  • Abuse of refund policy or repeated refund requests across multiple purchases.

Processing times

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your payment provider and may take 5–10 business days.

Educational content

The services may include tutorials, templates, videos, and community resources. Content is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the services is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant course or plan in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

No consequential damages

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to access accounts, content, or systems you are not authorized to use.
  • Do not redistribute, resell, or publicly share paid materials without written permission.
  • Do not use the services to violate laws, infringe rights, or harm others.
  • We may suspend or terminate access for violations or suspected abuse.

Governing Law

Disputes will be handled under applicable laws of your residence where consumer protections apply. If mandatory local consumer law applies, it will prevail over conflicting terms to the extent required.
